		<description>Isn't that weird? There was an explanation for all the symbolism--I tried to photograph it so I would remember but it was behind glass and my camera did not focus properly. The medalion at her neck, the ribbon over her belly, the blue upsidedown baby, the number of stars, the heart clouds, the gold ribon, the number of roses in the crown--everything meant something. Unfortunately, I forgot all of it.</description>

		<description>Wow---that is an amazing Virgen de Guadalupe.  I've never seen one with the light-energy thing in the womb. Or maybe it is the "eye of God"?  At least that is my take on the painting.  But I guess the Virgen is a manifestation of the Virgen Mary, Christ's mother.  Thanks for sending the photo.  I'd travel to Crucecita just to see this iglesia.  (but not by sailboat, thankyouverymuch)  Hope you two are heading  toward the Yucatan and a bit of the resort-life.  Love, Mom/Peg</description>
