The park is great. Have you seen the forest crabs? Quepos is not that interesting, but they do have a couple grocery stores if you need to stock up. You can catch a bus there from the main drag in Manuel Antonio, or the taxi's not that pricey. There is a cool abandonada of an aquatic park at the end of the road that runs along the beach. It's actually walkable from Manuel Antonio to Quepos. I can't remember the distance, but maybe like 4km. It's very pleasant, and there are many places to stop for cold drinks along the way. If you haven't already, try the Guaro Sour. It's sort of like a caiparinha with sour mix in it. Happy birthday Cheyenne.
