		<description>The boatyard owner, who is operating the crane, placed the straps as close as possible to where the main hull widens.  He was more concerned with damaging the parts that jut laterally than he was about support from the frames.  He actually tried supporting the 4th and 7th frame first but he did not like what the straps were doing to the jutting bit.</description>
